Virgin Website and Calls mad today

We have been trying to book for next Sept/Oct next year.
Good grief, two times on hold for an hour and three times all details in, even payment details, and the website then goes into the circle of death!
Still no booking...so want to try and have something to look forward to.

OP. If it helps I find the best time to ring is circa 7.30am as they are at their PC's by then having come on duty at 7.00am for start of the shift (closed overnight)

I am normally answered by one of the Swansea team working from home within 30 mins max.

We’re 24th Dec and ours hasn’t yet but it seems circa the 10th to the 15th have had emails, according to a couple of groups.

Thank you.
Got it booked, rang early this morning but had on line running and it finally went through on line so we hung up. Got PE miles plus points and are happy with the price as we are pretty inflexible with dates. Sept into Oct.
Yes, we have May booked too with our AVIOS/Amex companion flight. Fingers crossed get to go and see you.
We are trying to use the old Virgin points up but couldn’t use the companion flight.
Good thing is Peter would would be up there for the vaccine with his condition.

Sorry, I wasn’t clear, the points don’t expire but our companion vouchers will. Couldn’t use the companion voucher anyhow and our dates we really inflexible. Looks like we may have missed out now the Black Friday sale has started.
But you know what they say, if you are happy with what you booked don’t keep looking!
