MS. PSAKI: I would point to the CDC. As you know, we’re going to have an update on our international travel guidelines as we get closer to November. Early November remains the timeline that we’re focused on, but I will leave it to our health experts to outline more specifics

They don’t have to but they have to pay out compensation if they cancel less than 14 days out.

My guess is they’ll cancel daily from say 15/16 days out until a date is announced.

That was my initial thought, but then also the thought of not being in Disney was worse!

Right yes, which is basically what I mean by "have to" as they don't want to pay out compensation :P

That is a very good point. I, like many, have waited so long now we're pretty much fixated on the first week in November. I just want our holiday. I don't care what certain individuals here say, I will obsess about it until I can get on that flight. We've all waited too long...even if we have to go thru Thanksgiving!

If it was me I'd wait as long as possible before pushing dates back in November. The fares have gone up exponentially to the point that it's almost like booking a whole extra holiday.

If the airlines cancel I think they offer more of an incentive to move dates rather than refund.

Those tweets today have decided it for me, full steam ahead for the 13th now!
