I enjoyed the experience. Did it originally for price, but would now use them over virgin due to customer service.

The onboard staff were brilliant, fussing over the kids, and even giving out free german lessons to my eldest who is studying german at school.

Even the transfer at Frankfurt was seamless.

If the price is right then go for it.

Used them from MAN via FRA. It was fine, very busy flight.
The thing that put me off, probably totally irrational was leaving MAN arriving in FRA then almost passing over MAN on the way to MCO.
Completely disoriented me, so much so that I changed the inbound flight to United via EWR.
But as an airline they were totally fine, at a good price I would consider them again... probably.

We have used them previously from BHX transfer at Frankfurt was easy and preferred it to Virgin or BA so much so we have booked with them again for next year.

We've flown with them a few times and had no problems. Oh, apart from a delay once that led to us being late enough to claim £500 each in compensation - but even the claim process was very efficient.

As someone has mentioned, you often fly via Frankfurt, which means you fly over London to Germany, then back to London again.

I'm not sure how leaving the EU will affect things - will we have to do immigration etc. when changing in Germany?

As long as you are on a through ticket then you won't need to worry about immigration in Germany BUT you must make sure that your passport is valid for 6 months on the date of your return journey in case of unexpected delays.
