Can you name this man?

I can picture this man but I can remember what he is called. Does anyone remember him?
He was on X factor years ago, he may have been Spanish or at least looked Spanish. He was quite cheesy and did bring out a single, maybe more I am not sure.
I am just watching bake off and one of the contestants reminds me if him but it’s driving me mad because I can’t remember his name. He was such a nice bloke, always smiling snd happy.

Long story, but I met Chico once and he did in fact ask me ‘what time is it?’….

I think he had maybe heard my answer before :s
