A couple of suggestions:
The ceremony of the keys
Sky garden
House of Minalima (if the kids are into Harry Potter)
Climb the o2 (not sure of minimum age though)

No problem. The Sky Garden is free but you must book in advance. The ceremony of the keys books up way in advance though so depends when you're going. Shame about the o2 but maybe the cable cars across the river might be fun? It doesn't really go anywhere but could be fun!

I really like the Wellcome Collection, just behind Euston station. It's a quirky museum

Clue Quest is brilliant for all ages - we did this as four adults but I recommended it to my brother who has a 10 year old - it was great fun & we got to save the world!
