Anxiety can be really tough and I’m sorry that you had such a hard time earlier. However I hope you had a great time at the gig!

Yes many times, and my next one is in a few weeks - bon jovi at Wembley! 😁 going to London solo and also last year went to NYC solo just to see them at madison square garden! One of the best decisions I ever made. Hubby and friends used to come see them with me but now I'm on my 17th time seeing them they don't bother haha
Also seen springsteen Adn train on my own

I’m glad I went.
My issue was less about going alone in the end, more about pushing myself to go when I was overcome with awful anxiety and feeling so upset. I’m proud I pushed through and did what I had planned to do.
I felt a bit wobbly when there but it was a great show and a nostalgic one for me who has grown up with this group.
Just a shame that everyone else seemed to be steaming drunk, as well as intent on filming the whole thing so I couldn’t see very well over peoples phones. But that’s more an issue with concerts in general these days.

Thanks for everyone’s encouragement. .

Well done, I’m so pleased you went and enjoyed yourself.

I completely agree about the drunks and cameras. We saw Ed Sheeran last summer and found the same problems. Couldn’t believe how many people there were falling down drunk, and not all teenagers either. There seemed to be loads of people in their 30/40’s+ who seemed to think it was cool to be totally p’ed (I am in my 50’s and like a drink or two so not anti-drinking) and don’t get me started on the screens 😂

Yeah exactly, it wasn’t young people - not that it would have made things better. I was actually quite shocked! Is this just the norm these days :-/ I hate to be the one that has to say it but... “back in my day”... etc etc.
