Last trip was the first one we dressed up for and me and my sister went as Ariel and Ursula. This year we are going as pain and panic from Hercules. We had so much fun being in costume, I don't think we would go without dressing up again!

My daughter and I went for the first time last year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We did do it after a day at Seaworld though and found we were very tired as the night went on. We have decided that the next time we do it will be after a pool day so we'll have more energy.

We have been the last three years and it’s always one of my favourite parts of the holiday. Wife and I love Halloween though, so that does help. There’s just a nice, different atmosphere on party nights and with everyone dressed up (or many people at least) it makes for a nice change. The parade is brilliant, the fireworks will be new this year but Hallowishes was amazing so I imagine they’ll try and top it. All in all, it’s just fun.

We’ve been twice and think it’s fab! Definitely worth the extra, it’s such a different atmosphere to a normal night in the park. If you can go on a Tuesday/midweek its generally quieter than the Friday/weekend parties.

Having never experienced it before and with an August start last year we were able to have a wonderful night - our trip report of that day is here if it helps as a first timer. We had grabbed some great tips from The Dibb in the run up to this.

Just click here to read it

We loved it and it remains such a special memory of our 2018 holiday.

Hope you have as good a night at MNSSHP as we did

We loved it. We all dressed up and part of the fun was getting ready at the villa. They had the villains out when we went and the 7 dwarves too. Characters you don't normally see. Giving it a miss this time as we are going later and have tickets for MVMCP.

It was the highlight of our 2017 trip, we had the best night. We are doing a non Disney trip in Oct but I’ve booked MNSSHP tickets for our Disney fix.

This is us in 2017...
