I’ve followed your journey on here and you have done amazingly, such an inspiration and you should be very, very proud.

I did think I could do it myself, but I like the private coaching area and pick up tips and motivation from there too, like I wasn’t going for a walk yesterday as it was raining and someone posted a pic of themselves walking in the rain, so I went and done my walk too! It’s little things like that which help me personally as I’m a bit lazy 😂 I paid for the whole year with a discount code, about £47 I think, which is way cheaper than SW I was previously doing. Im averaging 2lb a week at the moment so although I know it will slow up, I’m really happy.

He really makes me laugh too, I mean who doesn’t like a cheeky Geordie? X

The Facebook info is all free so that’s why I said for the OP to just watch his videos. Rather then spend time searching for the info Team RH do it in such a way that it motivates you and explains it all in easy to understand way. I have simply followed his advice from the free Facebook group, not paid to join, and have gone from 11st 4 to 9st 13 in 12 weeks.
