Weight gain over Christmas

I'm in my SW target range and usually really have to try hard, but currently I've had no taste/smell for 3.5 weeks so without trying I'm at the lower end of target. If my taste comes back I'm just going to really enjoy eating what I want over Christmas as I now have some wriggle room weight wise!

I'd love to get to the bottom end of Target but despite being really good I just feel like I'm stuck at the moment. My group restarts proper sessions on Thu so I'm looking forward to their scales as my digital ones can say 3 different weights in a row 😔

I go to Slimming World, so planning to be 'on plan' before Christmas Day/Boxing Day. Christmas dinner will be just like a normal Sunday roast, I always have my roasted veg done separately. Then I can have a few treats, but will be back 'on plan' on 27th. I'm lucky I don't drink much alcohol either.
Last year I put on 7lbs over Christmas and really struggled to lose it this year. Last week I finally got back into Target, been hard work! I'm pleased to have still lost 4st 8lbs since doing SW in 2017.
