Mmmm looked lovely.

Jamie Oliver has a nice chorizo recipe, has honey and balsamic vinegar in it. Cook it down until it goes syrupy. Yummy.

We go to Cafe Andeluz occasionally and they do a cheese with marmalade on top. Not sure what the cheese is, it's a soft one and it comes warm. Delicious.

I find a tapas night difficult. Too many dishes for me to handle

Thank you ooh yes, I love the reduced sauces over chorizo! I will have a google if the marmalade/cheese recipe- sounds delicious.

Yes, it was a bit trickier than I had anticipated- getting everything done at the same time. I absolutely needed a sous chef!
