ADR day yesterday

Nothing really to say, other than my ADR day was yesterday, and our flight still hasn't been cancelled, so I very sadly and reluctantly came up with a plan last week in advance so I knew where to book.

I was so sad about the whole thing that I actually forgot to book at 12 o'clock and only remembered last night at 10pm so unlike me!

I did manage to get everything that I had planned apart from Beaches & cream on arrival day, no reservations at all for that day.

I just wish that either our flight would get cancelled, or they'd announce the travel ban being lifted before we go. I just need to be put out of my misery already!

Surely you are covered by your insurance if the government say it's unsafe to travel to the US? If not then check out a few of the trip reports on here from people who have been during lockdown. It sounds like it will still be great fun.

Hope it all works out well for you.

I feel for you I really do.
I can't imagine what people have been going through this year, with the whole "are we going or aren't we?" situation.

The airlines have certainly not covered themselves in glory with how they have been dealing with things, when I see people trying to justify what they have been doing by not cancelling flights till the last minute & or not processing refunds for 120 days, it just blows my mind.
We consider ourselves extremely lucky to have had a trip last November & not to have had anything booked either for this year or next.
We have our fingers crossed that it all works out for you.
