I’m always impressed by everyone who can manage the heat & humidity of Florida between May & Sept.

I struggle with April and early Oct and my preferred time is Nov.

Glad you feeling better now sometimes the heat humidity jet lag & crowds make anyone feel a bit queasy & dizzy, remember lots of liquids

Hope you feel better soon. My eldest took bad on Wednesday in th studios so we all returned to the hotel, we went in the pool she finished being sick and went to sleep. She was fine the next day just said aching and feeling tired.

I neally keeled over in Pandora last week ,if I hadn't of sat down I'd have fell down ! The heat was intense and draining ... glad your feeling better now ,cooling towels helped me massively and plenty of fluids xx

Oh no I'm sorry to hear that hopefully you'll feel better soon. DH is same we learnt the hard way once. We now make sure we avoid being out too much around the hottest part of day, plenty of water and he also has one of those fan water sprayer things.
