Covid test required for Lanzarote?

I’m thinking about booking a short trip departing tomorrow to Lanzarote but have seen conflicting reports on if a Covid test is required for entry (either before or on arrival) Does anyone know the answer?

I have been looking into this extensively and the answer seems to be ‘no test required’

Also if you live in a tier 3 area more than likely your travel insurance will be void

Why?
I can’t see anything in my policy that would make it void.

I also thought that was a very odd comment, I have seen nothing about travel restrictions in level 3 areas?

Think it differs from insurance companies. This Is a quote from compare the market.

comparethemarket.com

He said: “If a person living within a Tier 3 zone is advised by the Government against leaving the area because of lockdown restrictions, it would almost certainly void their travel insurance if they chose to defy government advice.

“The insurance would likely be void even if the FCO isn’t advising against travel to your intended destination, as Government lockdown restrictions would take precedent.
