I personally would prefer the first one but that’s only because the decor in the log cabin isn’t to my personal taste. I am sure you will have a lovely time whichever you choose, they look really relaxing. Enjoy!

The first one for me. The log cabin looks cluttered. I would prefer to be under the stars than in a bathroom. Let us know which you choose.

They both seem lovely, but having had a look at the price I must say they are taking the proverbial - £289 a night?

You can get a room in the Savoy or Mandarin Oriental for less than that - and they are much better.

It's no wonder people don't holiday in the UK if what is essentially a posh pub thinks £300 is a fair price for a bed and a bit of bacon the next day

I would expect to pay £500 upwards for a top London hotel.

I won't pay that for a night in Royal Pacific Resort in Universal and for that I'd get access to 6 pools, gym, 5 restaurants, early access to the park and up to 6 front of line passes to the park thrown in

How they even begin to think their rooms are worth that in the UK is beyond reasoned thought

I stay in them a lot and I've never paid more than £300, they've sometimes asked for more, but you just go to a different one that time that is more keenly priced
