I am supposed to be related to Geoff Duke, used to be a well-known motorcycle racer many years ago.

My mum's cousin was Trevor Bolder of Spiders from Mars fame and later Uriah heep.
I remember once being at his birthday party and David Bowie calling to wish him a Happy Birthday!

My Nan was a Grimaldi and a proud descendant of Joseph Grimaldi (clown).

But otherwise no, but I wish we were 💰

My Nan always claimed that she was distantly related to judge Atkinson, who was a part of the sentencing of the moors murderers.

I know my Nan’s grandmother (my nan’s dad’s mum) was from a very wealthy family, she had a baby out of wedlock at the end of the 19th century and was disowned and had to make her own way from there without the financial support of her family. I’m guessing the judge would have been related on her side of the family from what she said.
