We moved recently and have kept the same contract. There wasn’t even a question of signing up to a new one.
I was really impressed - no charge because we have Sky VIP, broadband was live when we moved in and the TV was done the next day.

As others said I got a great deal!

With Sky VIP I got a free move, free upgrade to Sky Q and no new TV contract but tbh as we have the lowest package anyway tempted to just keep it for the time being.

Broadband is going to be slightly cheaper too and we’ve managed to get an engineer before Christmas which was lucky as the guy told me in a lot of areas there’s no availability until middle of January!

Have to say, I am really impressed with the Home Move service so far.

Exactly the same for us. We were out of contract for phone and internet, so they gave us a better deal for faster internet. Our TV contract runs until August so that stayed the same.
