Another child car seat query
We are going in November for nearly a month and would like to take car seats for a one year old and 3.5 year old.
Obviously our youngest is rear facing, but so is our oldest and I'm wondering if anyone can recommend an extended rear facing seat for him. He's only around 30lb now, but based on his centiles, he is likely to be about 100cm, so reaching the limited of a lot of extended rear facing that aren't I-size. I don't want to buy over there, as we are getting the car from Miami airport and then driving to Orlando. Also we plan on seeing if we can put them in the hold (with our strollers) which is preferable, or checking them in if we can't. Can't use on plane, as travelling Club with BA. So the infant one doesn't have to be compatible with plane travel.

My just 3 year old ds is 20kg and 115cm (he's very tall for his age)and is rear facing. We have a britax two way elite. Brilliant seat which has a large shell, rear (or forward) facing with a harness until 25kg. Ds still
Has loads of room Can be fixed with either a two or three point seat belt and is really light so great for travel You can only buy it from the in car safety centre but you can get it online. It's pretty much universal and will fit most cars We took it for him in 2014 and had no problem fitting it in a town and country Edited at 09:49 PM. |
