Well done on getting on Hagrid, I saw it was closed this morning and I didn’t realise they were holding a queue for it when I walked through Hogsmeade.

The Margaritaville food looks nice, but that does sound a lot for the two of you

Glad you got on Hagrids and really enjoyed it. We thought it was great too.
We’ve never been to margaritaville but the coconut shrimp looked good and Dh would love that so I’ll add that to my list for next time.

You definitely deserved Margaritaville after Hagrids. I’m pleased you got to ride it, it was great. We tried Longhorns for the first time this year, I liked the restaurant and the food but the kids struggled with their steaks as they were really seasoned, interested to see how you both found it.

Longhorns

We had both been looking forward to this and it didn’t disappoint ... Eva even got dressed up for the occasion and made a photo ... Longhorns night

We took a Lyft which only took around 5 minutes to get there. Seated straight away and showed by free appetiser voucher.

I ordered a strawberry margarita ..

Plus the free bread

We got the shrimp appetiser - this was huge and I only managed half .. I offered Eva $20 to try it but she was not for bribing

The shrimp was superb. Crispy with a ranch dipping sauce and a few chillis in there too.

We both went for Flo’s filet with mash plus we got broccoli and corn on the cob.

The whole meal was great. Longhorns never disappoints. The bill came to $62 before tip.

After dinner we strolled down to where the big wheel is and had a wander around but there wasn’t much to see so we came back to the hotel for another early night.

Picked up a bottle of wine from the Bayliner diner - $21 compared to the $8 per very small plastic glass at the bar.

Packing up again this morning to move over to French Quarter for 15 nights of deluxe dining plan so it should start to get interesting ok the food front.

Ha ha ... I seriously wish I’d brought the leftovers back to the hotel. It’s now 7am Eva is asleep and I’m hungry 😂😂😂

Best ride ever I think ... I really loved trying a new ride so didn’t mind the wait for it. The shrimp were great I’ve never had coconut shrimp but I would have them again for sure. You need them on your list 😊😊

The marg was really good - it had actual fruit in plus they gave me the shaker too which had around another 2/3 of a glass so nearly two cocktails for $10.99
