I’ve had to stop myself spending so much money on snacks! Some businesses will be booming if they can deliver food.

Gained, gained, gained. However 2 days ago, I started my exercise walks and have been loving it, however, yesterday I had a massive pizza and today was our wonderful wedding anniversary, so lots of wine, cake and an Indian Takewaway tonight. I am definitely starting my weight loss regime tomorrow.

Lost 2kg so far. I expect to loose no more as I will gain in muscle weight. Gym closed, where I usually run for 30 minutes then do some weights, so from LDD1 I have exercised every morning without fail. I have watched exactly what I have eaten, never did snack, started using the Hula Hoop again and do 1000 twirls with that (10 Minutes) its my way or getting an adrenaline kick every morning. Then we walk the dog for a few miles and I run with her just for a mile.

I've lost - not much just a few lbs to get me back within my slimming world target. I am eating / drinking more but I run every 2-3 days, which I was doing before lockdown. We've been going out for a 5k brisk walk every day, tackled a couple of big garden projects & cleared out the garage so I'm way more active than usual which probably helps.

I have gained then lost then gained & I'm now trying to lose it & this time keep it off but I’m struggling big time.
I’m not hungry but all I do is think about food, I’m walking roughly 5 miles 6 days a week but I definitely don’t think I’m in control of my eating !
Weigh day tomorrow hoping for a loss, I’m still doing SW class via zoom

I’m such an emotional eater and food is definitely my comfort. I’ve had 1 drink alcohol since lockdown drink doesn’t really bother me! I’d rather save my calories for food 🙈! I don’t usually eat tea but with hubby being off we’ve had family meals every teatime which has been nice and all home cooked. He’s gone back to work so cutting out my teas and going to cut down on snacks too. Hopefully it’ll come off again!

Another one on the wrong track. Emotional eating would be my Mastermind specialist subject!
Baking, eating, drinking, repeat...
Stood on scales last week, ouch!
Been good this week. Hope the scales are kind to me tomorrow 🙄

I have lost 7 1/2 lbs since lockdown but I have been using MyFitnessPal to lose some weight I put on last year. I am working from home so taking the dogs for a 4 or 5 mile walk midday. I find it easy to be good Mon - Fri evening and then wine calls😳

Totally and utterly gained.
I don’t have much of an excuse as I am still working as normal. Apart from the last week with annual leave. I’m just a pig and use any excuse. And drink.
