Help making a DVD...

How do you copy film made on digital camera to a DVD that will play on a DVD player! Made film in Windows 10 move maker, will work on PlayStation and pc as it's a data disk. Last time I did it was in Windows 98 many years ago.!

Getting desperate now - any one help on this?

We've tried handbreak and burn for Mac, all it does is cover to avi or mp4 - so only readable on pc / playstation.

The video is of my sister in laws wedding so need dvd for relatives who don't have pc etc

Used free software on Mac to create an ISO file burned to DVD using Disc Utility but quality is very poor.

Is that the ISO copy that is poor or the burn process?

Try downloading Microsoft DVD maker. It is free and will make your DVDs. Most of us have bought packages that include a DVD maker but this one is free. There is also a Movie Maker to edit and render your vids.

Cheers. Will try. Also bought iDVD off eBay for £10. Just the grandparents need a DVD. Mp4 not playing on our 2 DVD players. One is Blu-ray too.

sorry, missed this... you need some sort of dvd authoring software.

if its just banging out a couple of pre-edited avi/mp4 video files onto a disc, then it should be relatively simple. i used to use nerovision express, it was just a matter of adding video, selecting menu options and hitting BURN.

not used windows in nearly 10 years though, so cant advise on latest options, but even back then, if you didnt get nerovision for free bundled with your dvd writer, it was only ~£20 to buy

a quick google, and ive found dvdstyler: dvdstyler/en/
