Disney free delivery code not working

I got a free delivery code when I bought something from the Disney shop, but it says not valid, even though it is until 10th March, has anyone else had this problem and if so how did you sort it?

Does it have a minimum purchase amount? I know I tried a code before Christmas and the item I was buying (Ariba brothers earrings) were eligible for any offers.

I had this happen lots last year as I had a few codes from stores. It would accept the code then throw it out of the basket. It was really annoying. I spoke to them on online chat on one occasion and they advised me to clear cookies but this didn't help. I also tried my laptop as well as my phone. In the end I ordered and they then credited me the postage but on another occasion they told me this was not possible and you must sort any issues with their technical team before ordering. Good luck getting your code to work.

No it just says free standard delivery on one order.
