Neither of us have ever felt queasy from this. I always, ALWAYS forget that I frequently stub my toe on the side of the ride vehicle on the way in though so spend most of the ride in agony and not thinking about motion sickness. Ha.

I suffer from travel sickness and the simulator rides do make me feel ill. I took dramamine (US travel sickness tablets) and they worked perfectly! I definitely recommend!

It's about what your eyes see in comparison to the movement your brain picks up on. For some its fine. For others it's a nightmare. If sight and sense don't coordinate then you experience motion sickness. Some people even get it on Soarin'.
The old Back to the Future was the worst. The sync was ever so slightly out and people would come off the ride hurling. One secret - if you you start to feel sick look to the edge of the screen. Seeing something static reassures the brain. Otherwise just shut your eyea.

We both rode this and felt queasy afterwards.
I'm not sure where we were in relation to the screen though/where our car was in the room.

Neither of us get motion sick, and didn't feel funny on any other rides (including Mission Space:Green, Forbidden Journey, Spiderman, Jimmy Fallon) but Simpsons is a 1&done for us now.

Never felt sick when it was Back to the Future ride but sick as a dog when it rode the Simpsons. It might be because i am older.
