I think based on all the threads - changes have been made to those checking in after 10th October (approx) and through October / November.

That's what I'm afraid of! The make up of our party (me, DD and my parents) we would really need a one bed villa minimum as we really don't want to be sharing a room. Either that or two rooms at a moderate resort with the DDP upgrade but when we were pricing that up before it was working out more expensive - and no kitchen.

Are Beach Club Villas all DVC or can you book them through Disney with the free DDP? Might be worth looking in to renting points.
