The pool nearest the grand Floridian villas has lots of fun entertainment during the day for children and a nice outdoor bar. Great for a few relaxing hours in the sun. Congratulations on your win!

Congratulations, what a wonderful prize. The GF is an amazing hotel. We stayed there on our silver wedding anniversary trip last year. Make sure you make the time to go and say hello to Richard, he’s a lovely gentleman.

Fabulous prize - congrats. In addition to other tips - watch the fireworks and the electric water pageant from the jetty near Narcosees one night, in the evening take a stroll along the foot path by the wedding chapel over to Polynesian (the outside bar there is a nice place to sit in the evenings and you can buy dole whip at the kiosk), hire a boat for an hour from the dock by by the Grill and take a trip around seven seas lagoon (very relaxing), depending on what time of year you go look out for the Easter eggs or the gingerbread house and bizarrely check out the sand in the cigarette disposal bins - I think the stamp they use on it is so pretty (and the bins are cleaned so regularly you won’t be looking at a pile of butts).

Fantastic Hotel one of our favourites Be sure to check out the band in the lounge in the evenings. The housekeepers also do a little parade think its a Monday morning. Pools are lovely and say hello to Richard the doorman he is in his 90s helps all the brides on their wedding day too!

Congrats! We loved GF, but I’ve heard it’s a love it or hate it kind of resort! The quick service there is great and narcoosees is definitely worth a shot, especially if you can get a time to coincide with the fireworks!

Walking off the monorail and into the resort, my wife was dumbstruck at the huge chandelier and walking down the grand staircase onto the ground floor was pretty surreal..Yes, I always thought it was way too posh for the likes of me..lol..The cafe is really good, but I would suggest dining at Narcoossees..Last years experience was our favourite of five signature dinners..
