Does anyone know if this affects standard CG outdoor viewing on those days as we have a CG ADR for 23/4 and hoping our planned outdoor viewing isn't compromised (although this event hasn't been scheduled that far in advance yet!)

It's a separate viewing platform completely, regular diners are unaffected.

Agree that it's expensive for what you get, I'd rather just go to Cali Grill for dinner.

Ps For anyone who is interested, Josh on easywdw (can I mention that?) has done a review from his visit Sunday and confirms that this event uses a separate viewing platform to the general CG platform.

Not sure where they get the prices from for all this stuff- looks like people are paying it though. Family of 4 to eat some snack $400?

IF the desserts are seriously better than the old dessert party in MK then it may be worth it. If not I wouldn't bother. Saying that there will always be folks willing to pay, Disney's not daft.
