Magic Kingdom
Hiya,
We are a family of 2 adults and an 18 year old son who will be on their 4 th fantastic visit to Florida but have never been to Disney. Would someone be able to inform me please if Magic Kingdom would have any suitable rides for the 18 year old? |

Absolutely, Magic Kingdom is really family friendly. Rides such small world, dumbo, the carousel would be great for your 18 month old with another family member. I am sure if you look online maybe on here too you will be able to find a list of rides and shows for magic kingdom x

Many thanks for your quick reply.
Our son is 18 years old and his 6 4" frame may well not fit on Dumbo. From the research we have done, it is looking like Splash mountain and Big Thunder are about all that will fit the bill? Edited at 12:31 PM. |

its perfect for an 18 year old, 18 month old, 18 centuries old etc
Space Mountain, Tomorrowland speedway, Haunted Mansion, Laughfloor, Space Ranger Spin, 7dmt, Big Thunder, Splash Mountain, Wizards quest (ish) - and if hes grew up on Disney just all the sights sounds and smells and snacks...

Thank you both.
We were beginning to think of missing Magic Kingdom out, but with this recommendation we will definitely put it on the list. In fact our first day is booked into the campsite so are planning to get the boat from there, and if finished a bit early, go back for a swim in the campsite pool. Thank you again. |

for sure other parks have more rolly rollercoasters, even HS has more, especially if hes a starwars fan, but just the thought of strolling down main street usa with mom and pop and talking to talking mickey - hell I'm 50 and I well up.

I'm sure he'd love the shoot em up ride, Buzz Lighyear - and our our older ones (17-19) love the mountains - Space, thunder, Splash - and the new Mine Train coaster. Then there is the Haunted Mansion, which is pretty cool, as is Jingle Cruise. Speedway and Philarmgic are good too. And It's A Small World is a must do (make sure he watches Tomorrowland first!).
Lots of fun to be had - maybe over serious thrills... but good fun. |

I took my 18 centuries' old great-great-great-great-great-great grandmother there last year, she had a great time on the Haunted Mansion, except we sort of lost her and now can't tell which one she is ...
