Animal Kingdom
What fast passes would people recommend for animal kingdom (family of 4 - 2 ch aged 9 and 5)? Planning to go twice. We are going over easter.
Thanks |

If going twice, you will want FoP one day and Navi River the other as you can't choose both the same day (assuming you can get FoP)
I have one morning/early afternoon in AK where we have FPs for Mickey/Minnie meet, Safari and FoP (will do Dinosaur, Primeval Whirl, EE and Kali River prior to FPs whilst the park is quiet), then a later afternoon/evening with Lion King, Navi River and RoL Dinosaur, EE and Kali River would all be good choices too depending how you are planning your day out |

I have almost the exact same passes planned. Only difference is that I'm doing the Tiffins dining package for ROL, so swapped that for a late safari to see it at different times of day.
If I was more into rides, I'd also swap LK for one of the rides mentioned above - probably Everest. But no. |

It's good to hear someone else with the same plan! A nighttime safari sounds good too. If the first day doesn't go to plan, I might swap out Lion King for anything we missed, but as we have EMH on the first day and Pandora seems to mean the rest of the park is very quiet for a good length of time I'm hoping we can do it all!

Thanks - as there are so many things we want to do in animal kingdom and with it being easter ( so I'm aaauming it will be mega busy) we plan now to go three times - not full days. Here is our plan:
Day 1 - early- rope drop safari Fp- rapids 9.25 Fp- Everest 10.05-11.05 Fp- na'vi river 11.55- 12.55 Tusker lunch May try 4th fp for lion king or nemo Or go home early Day 2: late ( as the only time I could get fop) fp lion king 4.30 Fp- safari 5.30-6.30 Fp- fop 7.50 We plan to go another day again mid afternoon until late Fp- dinosaur Fp- fop Fp- rivers of light If I can get this fop earlier than 7.50pm ( day 2) may cancel that and not go in on day 2- just have a pool day. Any thought pls? |

Since you already have it - I would stick with an evening FP for FOP, so you can see Pandora lit up at night. What time is ROL that day? Could you swap the LK FP for ROL instead? Then move that to the third day, which then won't matter what time you arrive.
Also I would try to FP the Mickey and Minnie meet and greet at Adventurers Outpost - it's the only location that's a joint meet, must do IMO. Gets pretty long lines, so worth a FP. I would do that instead of KRR, which shouldn't have long queues in the morning anyway. Especially since most of the RDs are heading into Pandora, the rest of the park is pretty quiet first thing now. Edited at 07:40 PM. |

Ahh, if you're RDing another park it might be late - although depends how long you're planning to stay at Epcot. Might be able to fit a few hours rest in between rather than heading straight from park to park? But yeah - see how day 3 works out once you're up to that window, as you originally said.
I would queue for LK over AO, since it has a much larger capacity so shorter queues. It's also more likely to be available as a 4th FP than the M&G which typically books out. |

Yes if you want to do the character meet I'd swap for that.
Although it will be busy, I suspect even at easter the rest of the park except Pandora will be quiet for the first hour, I think I would drop Kali River FP and plan to go to that straight from Safari, then FP EE followed by Dinosaur (moving EE slightly earlier to fit in the Dinosaur FP) |

We walked straight into Nemo in September and the theatre wasn't full. Lion King may be more popular though, we didn't manage that one so I don't know.
