Favourite dining at Universal

We are staying on site for 5 nights, so looking for ideas where to eat. We ate at the Mexican place last time and it was awful. Apart from that had some quite good meals.

What’s your favourite places to eat, onsite hotels too. We are staying at HRH and never eaten there yet. I’m sure the Kitchen was closed for refurb last time we went.

We ate at Bubba Gumps, Toothsome and Margaritaville last time and enjoyed them all.

If you like Asian try Islands dining at royal pacific. Ate their twice was lovely.

Our best meal of our last trip was at Cowfish

We ate at toothsome and Vivo last time. Toothsome was really good, but Vivo was by far the best meal we had for the whole trip. It’s an Italian and the food is really good!

Margarittaville on citywalk is amazing and the cocktails are lush!

At citywalk we loved Cowfish, it's not all sushi so if that's not your thing don't panic. We also like the hard rock cafe and had a brilliant meal on our last night. Bubba gumps was good especially with the Landry card. We also ate at Margaritaville, this was a nice meal too with some great options that were a bit healthier, I had a chicken kebab meal and dh had some rice instead of fries...The kids both had chips though so everyone was happy! Because citywalk is so close to the parks we didn't eat sit down meals in universal or ioa and just grabbed corn dogs or snacks in the parks. Also, we rarely waited for a table, apart from the last night but that was because it was torrential rain and everyone had the same brilliant idea as us.

For years Margaritaville was our favourite in City Walk but we felt it had gone down in standards the last time we went. Liked Toothsome but that can get very busy . Bubba Gumps is good too.
