New complexes that opened in 2017

Do we know what new villa complexes opening in 2017, or will be opening first half of 2018? The last new complex I'm aware of is Windsor in Westside in 2016.

Thanks

Windsor at Westside doesn't even look finished yet. It is surrounded by dirt. Storey Lake is another one I see mentioned in here that doesn't look complete. Are you looking for a brand new villa to stay in? Personally I would be more worried about being next to a building site. The builders start at 6:30 AM here.

Communities don't 'open' as such at a given date. Their development is spread over a number of years - they build the homes as and when they attract buyers - that is how their cash flow works to fund it. The newest properties will be those nearest where they are still building. I am guessing you are a builder who likes building sites?
By European standards there are no 'old' properties - there no Victorian-era houses - Disney didn't open until 1971 and AKL wasn't until 1998. It takes time for things like trees to mature to add to the attractiveness of sites. Many 'older' properties have probably changed hands and been renovated by the new owners, so they are 'as new'.

I'd be interested to know this too - we've stayed at Emerald Island and have been looking at Windsor Hills, but to be honest, a lot of the decor looks really dated - I'd love to know where has opened in the last five years or so and isn't painted orange and mustard inside :o

Ha ha! I’ve been looking at paradise palms on a search engine - more aqua and grey there, and modern looking kitchens ... but the proliferation of c.1997 Tuscan paint schemes are becoming a bit much ...
