Spend more time at Universal comfortably. However, I have a 3 year old daughter now so future trips may bring about a change there!

However, I like many of the rides at Universal more than the ones at Disney. Islands of Adventure is my favourite park. So, you could argue I prefer Universal - although tbh I think they are equally as good.

Anyway, I've voted for Disney because we typically spend about 6 days there but only 3 days at Universal.
Exactly this

The kids are almost teenagers now and have no interest in Disney parks now, so we go to all the other parks combined with a cruise or Miami & the Keys.

Disney for us. We find a day or two is enough to cover Universal and IoA. WDW is so vast in comparison x

I went for the third option as we love both equally. As Nimbus said, we probably spend more time in Disney but that is only because there are more parks, we don't prefer one brand over the other.

It's defo splitting time equally for me, I just think US/IOA have more thrill rides and I don't have young children to think about. Love them both

I think we probably spend more time at Disney parks only because there are more of them. Out of a 21 day stay we'd probably go to universal maximum 5 times. Where as Disney we'd go to each park at least twice.

On a per park basis, magic kingdom gets more time than universal parks (given a young child), but US or IOA get more time per park than the other Disney parks. When considered overall, Disney would have more time purely because they have more parks (universal opening Volcano and the much rumoured third park would balance things up)

of course this year we are not going to universal at all given there is not enough for a 2 year old, but there's always next time

Love both voted Disney but as my 2 are getting older we seem to spend more time at universal.
