The honeymoon wishlist is with TrailFinders but I can't see what others have gifted unfortunately.

Somewhere £75 to £100 is appropriate.
To not send out thank you cards after the honeymoon is distinctly rude and discourteous, |

To be honest at my friends wedding we only have £50. I’d already by that point spent over £250 on the hen party, then we had to pay another £120 to stay at the hotel I was loathe to pay any more as it was such an expensive wedding! If the hen party and hotel weren’t so expensive I probably would have given more!

I think people should just give what they can afford as we all earn different amounts and have different expenditures. I would hope the couple getting married would be grateful for any amount be it large or small .

I am a bit old fashioned and think asking for money is horrid. Nevertheless I think £75 is fine as is £25 if that is what circumstances permit. There is no right amount.

£50 is fine. Tbh- I always find gifting money towards honeymoon etc a little cheeky as I am old school and believe gifts should be gifts for the home etc. When I married, I didn’t need gifts for the home etc as I already had them so I didn’t ask for gifts.
Therefore whatever you are able to afford should be fine 👍

When did weddings become expensive for everyone else attending :/
Hen and stag nights have turned into long weekends away and it seems most expect cash gifts now. I wouldn't dream to ask for money but maybe that's just me. I know for other cultures cash gifts have always been the norm.
