I tried getting through to refund line but they are not taking calls due to 'unprecedented demand'. I cant think why...

I just sent message saying i wanted refund.

so I spoke to a lovely guy, he said there are no Glasgow flights until 27th March 2021. In the process of moving our outbound to London, we get to pay for the flights down there but keep receipts for hotel, taxis and food etc.

Aw thats a shame, must have still been showing on his system at the time as he was checking for our options. Bizarre as I could get that when doing a dummy booking but not ours. I actually still can get the 27th March up as bookable, that's terrible. We've not had an email as yet

It’s a really poor show...they have strung everyone along by saying there would be an announcement , meanwhile holding on to our money. We are still awaiting a refund for a cancelled trip in April so now we have two lots of cancelled flights. Still waiting on them contacting me to let me know my November trip is not happening 😡
