Link Klook to MDE after using YourParkCode

Hi

I hope everyone is well.

I booked my Disney tickets through Klook last night and they arrived promptly in the early hours of the morning.

I redeemed my code on YourParkCode and now have the voucher ticket.

I just wanted to check, what code am I supposed to enter on my WDW account to connect to MDE?

I've tried the Disney renovation number which starts UNNA9, however I get the following error from Disney - 'Error: We're sorry, but we are unable to retrieve your pass information at this time; please try again later.'

Am I just trying too quickly?

Also, I only have 1 code - will this allow me to link both mine and my wife MDE in due course?

Thanks

Have you tried to link it on the app as it doesn’t seem to work doing it that way. I had to link mine on my laptop.

Hi

I’ve tried the app, mobile site and 2 different browsers on my laptop.

I think I’ll have to give them a call. ☹️

Thanks

Current waits in excess of 45 mins... I think I’ll save my call for another day.

Sure I read somewhere that you need to wait around 48hrs before you can link them to MDE.

When we used my park codes with tui it wasn't active until about 60 days before you went so it didn't recognise the code until then.

For anyone following - I called Disney and when I finally got through, the lovely lady on the phone had it all connected and working within 2 minutes 😊

Just a throwaway booking from FP’s 60 days out now!

You can’t do it on the app. You need to go to the UK Disney world desktop site and log in from there. Took me a while to work that out!

You use the code on the voucher ticket you got from YourParkCode.

I'm not sure what the format is of the voucher you get from YourParkCode (I've never used them) but if it's a Will Call confirmation voucher then you use the number under the barcode.

BTW, on YourParkCode's website (here) it states the following:
"If your booking is for Walt Disney World Resort, please request the ticket confirmation number 30 days or less before the trip".
