Nope, didn't work for me! Haven't had a code I can use in ages, apart from the one they sent to me for double points. I've started shopping in store because of this, as sometimes you get till spits.

To 'bank' the code you dont need to be going through you banking details. I f you are buying your shop and the code has been accepted and youre just saying that you're having problems with payment it will be a problem with your card being blocked out on the master secure site and there is a phone number to call which is not your bank phone number. On the bank systems it will be saying that everything is fine but it is the fraud dpartment that you need to be speaking to unblock it. I do have the number but it is at work and I'm off sick for the next week so can't help you unfortunately. The number should be displayed for you somewhere though

Thanks for all your help. I have tried the fraud dept. and have successfully used the secure payment on other sites - it's just Tesco that won't work. It's got me beat and Tesco don't seem to have the answer either - so I shop in store

Thanks so much, it worked for me. 1000 pointers are a bit thin on the ground lately. That is another £40 towards the Hilton next year

Thanks- I dont normally shop online with tesco's, but have banked the code after all other dibbers advice. It has worked for me and 1000 extra points will help to pay for my Eurotunnel and RAC cover next year.
