We buy Mucinex (DH often gets a cough only when he lies down and this is great).
Double strength Paracetamol in large tubs
Cortisone cream for bug bite itches
Replacement blades for DH's electric razor and spare heads for his elec. toothbrush.
Cold sore cream.
Saw Palmette tabs.
Triple antibiotic cream
Coldeze tabs.
All cheaper & often more effective than stuff you buy here

The best one are antibotic band aids. I do not think they have actual antibotic but whatever is in there is good. They clear up sores or cuts in no time at all.

Advil or Tylenol. Also kids paracetamol as it's grape flavoured. Nyquil and dayquil is brilliant and Walgreens own brand of this is great too. I have had 2 bouts of Flu whilst in Florida and the cold remedies are great.

I bought Echinacea for $1 per tub in the Vitamin World clear out sale (I got 3 tubs of 400) bargain. I also get the Flexitol heel balm, the best for cracked heels. DH got some cream from Targets for a fungal condition on his hands, that was never diagnosed properly by his GP, the pharmacist knew what it was straight away.
