No 14 for 7 Disney tickets October 2021?

On the official Disney website the official "14-Day ticket for the price of a 7-Day ticket" offer only lasts until the end of September 2021. For tickets covering any dates after the end of September, the slightly higher price applies (£20 more than the 7-Day tickets).

Other websites may offer different incentives at different times depending on sales/marketing demands or whatever. They could offer freebies, reduced prices, or their own version of the "14-days for the price of 7-days" offer. It's up to them based on how much business and/or profit they want to generate.

I don't think Disney's official offer will change. But given how uncertain things are at the moment, that's just an educated guess on my part. If anything, prices are just as likely to go up and go down. And there's no way of predicting what third-party sellers will do between now and October.
