Disney AP

A few years ago we bought the Platinum Plus with a substantial DVC discount but not sure Disney have offered such discount since! I want to say we paid around £550 a ticket, this was January 2018, and we used it August 2018 and August 2019.

Current price is $999 plus tax for the platinum plus pass - £800 or there abouts.

Just wondering if Disney are likely to offer a bigger discount or would I be better just buying a 14 ultimate here? Not sure I am saving anything by buying the AP. I get discount for DVC anyway! The ultimate will give me all parks and added extra crazy golf.

Any thoughts?

Just buy an ultimate and if prices are better when you go, upgrade? See my receipt on the other thread for cost to upgrade at full price with DVC discount.

Why not buy the Gold pass? Are the water parks and gold really worth $400 more to you?

always bought the Platinum AP then last year the Gold one as we weren't visiting the water parks and also huge hike in the Platinum AP cost

this year thinking might buy the 21 days ticket as coming in cheaper

I’ve bought a 14 day ultimate and will consider an upgrade when there 👍
