My daughter in law arranged for their elves to head back to the North Pole every Friday night,so they could all get a lie in at the weekends,they leave a note for the kids saying they've gone to put in a report with Santa about whether they've been naughty or nice and they magically appear again for them getting up on Monday😲

I've not heard that saying for years. Aww your doing fab so far. I know the ideas on here are brilliant I can't wait to try them all. Wish we had started sooner now.

Eldest DD (13yrs) loves to help with our Elf’s antics (it’s so lovely not to have to think of ideas every night on my own!). Here’s what she did with him last few nights! The last photo is from last night, and I only noticed it this morning as went to bed early because of my restless legs. It did make me laugh out loud though!
