NY and Anaheim with a 3 year old
I'm planning on travelling to New York for 4 nights and Anaheim for 10 nights with my then 3 year old grandson in September 2015, who's best to book with as I don't want to have to pay 2 adult prices, any ideas?

I'm pretty sure that most airlines charge a slightly cheaper rate for children so you should be able to book with anyone. I am flying to/from Los Angeles in March with my son who will have just turned 4 and flying with Norwegian as the are direct and cheap! They also fly o New York I believe and you can buy one way tickets - so buy London to NY then LA to London. Have a look on skyscanner for cheapest internal flights from NY to LA (or even an Orange County airport as that will be closer to Anaheim).
