Booked 3 Universal stays over the years with them. No issues at all

I use them regularly.
I tend to use the live chat option to ask any questions or any points that might be more expensive so I have a record of discussion.

Number of people in room is always an interesting one. Lots of sites want to charge you more if more people in it, where's with USS hotel I tend to think it's for the room. But if more than 2 adults I do tend to speak up as they may have an additional charge.

It may be room is booked for lower number of people?

Lastly. Travel Republic seem to scrape a number of different companies so can sometimes show two or three prices and room descriptions for what is (in effect) the same room. I have the hotel website open next to it to cross check against.

Used the last 4 times to book hard rock no problems always good on price we have never paid any extras would recommend

Check Travelbag too - part of the same group of companies (Dnata - a massive travel org) but they came in £60 cheaper and the lowest I'd found for RPR when I was looking yesterday

Have spoken to the hotel direct who have confirmed the booking and that no resort tax will be payable on arrival.
