It’s TS restaurants he wanted, but I wonder if I could tempt him over to some QS places instead - I’ll show him Katsura Grill and see what else there is for QS.
We’ve only really planned for TS places (plus Be Our Guest breakfast / lunch) ready for making ADRs, but maybe we should be taking into account the QS places we might eat in too. We’re staying in Beach Club, so Epcot would be easy for him to pop over, too.

The ADR issue is easy. As suggested just have him set up a MDE account in his name. He doesn't even need to link his ticket if it is just for ADRs
As Shooby doo said, he’s looking at Kona, Morimoto (that’s one he’s visiting on his own), Teppan Edo (all going together), Tokyo Dining (on his own) etc, plus AKL restaurants, Yak & Yeti, etc.

Would he only be able to book ADRs at 180 days, rather than 180+10 if he doesn’t link his ticket? Hopefully that wouldn’t matter, as the most hard-to-get ADRs we’re planning are either ones we’re hoping to do together (Cali Grill brunch) or just the girls and me (CRT) so they’ll be booked through my account anyway.

Your husband is not going to be eating a lot of curry at WDW. They are not good at curry at all and it is not offered much. After 13 years of taking the kids who are now adults there are still many restaurants we haven’t eaten at because the youngest wouldn’t like them. We have had an adult only trip restaurant list pending for years!

It is possible to do it. You just have to phone them, we have split up for one meal on our next trip.

That’s good to know, thanks. It would only be for a couple of meals, so that sounds like a good plan.

He might be able to just walk up to Morimoto’s we had no trouble getting in there for dinner without a reservation.

That would be easier, fingers crossed. He’s planning to go mid-afternoon, so hopefully not too much of a popular time anyway.
