Early ADRs (pre-park opening)

Where can you book early-morning ADRs to get you into the park before hours that aren't character meals?

Is there anything much beyond BOG?

I don�t think there are any that aren�t character breakfasts.

Generally only the buffet restaurants open for breakfast and in the parks they are character buffets.

I know the Plaza at MK now does breakfast but I think that only opens at rope drop.

Be Our Guest is the only one I can think of. Even if the Plaza was open that early it wouldn�t give you any advantage anyway.
