Townhouse versus villa for pool
We are looking for somwhere to stay for our holiday in october 2 adults children 6 and 8. Cant decide between a villa and the townhouse. Like the look of the townhouses at storey lake/ solara/ windsor at westside etc they have more modetn interiors but the pools look really small but can be difficult to tell from photo as im sure they use wide lenses to make them look bigger. Has anyone stayed in one of these townhouse how did you find the pool for size? Are they really small and how deep? We have two adventourous boys who like jumping in etc. Any advice really appreciated

Townhouses always have smaller splash pools...necessitated by the width of the property..townhouses are terraced and so properties not very wide..deck/patio not very wide...villas are more spread out so room for big pool across back
Splash pools can be great for families with very young children though

We stayed at Regal Oaks 3 years ago & loved it that much we have booked for this April.
(We tried to get the dibb one but unfortunately was booked so have gone for an Airbnb) No splash pool, but the main pool is fab, has water slides, bar () and is gated community right behind Old Town - where the car cruises are, we are able to walk out at night, get something to eat, a few drinks etc... This is a pic of the main reception/club house/bar etc |

Townhouse pools at Windsor Hills are 12ft x 11.6ft. If you choose a resort with additional communal facilities then you can have the best of both worlds. A private splash pool to have fun it at the house and a larger communal pool for more space.
