Do your kids go back to school after christmas?

And does anyone know roughly when the American kids go back

For 2021, ours start back on 4th Jan.

If you google your LEA, you should be able to find the timetable (may have some inset days depending on the school itself).

For the Christmas just gone, my DD went back to school on 6th January. Next year she'd go back on the 4th January. Basically, it's the first Monday after New Year's Day.

I think it's roughly similar for American kids (although holidays and term times tend to be a bit more variable in the USA).

When we flew to Orlando on Jan 02nd it fell on an Thursday. The Fri/Sat/Sun after were MENTAL then it was dead the next ten days.

My kids went back 07/01 this year and next year it�s 04/01
