Lyft Issue

Have used Lyft with no problem up until tonight booked a car and travelled 10 minutes less than 7 miles! Driver dropped us off but didn’t end the ride! Have just received a email saying new cost for a journey of 1hour and 58 minutes have proof that I was back at the hotel! They are now trying to charge my card for $27 more than agreed due to the wrong journey input! Also saying I can’t use the service until I pay the charge! Anyone experienced this before?

I’ve not had this happen so can’t offer much support, however, have you tried contacting Lyft through the app and explain it to them?

I have tried but not had any reply yet! I can’t use it until I pay or it gets sorted

I had a problem with them last year - my first time of using them in fact. I contacted them via the app and said if the matter wasn't sorted quickly I'd be using Uber for the rest of my holiday. The matter got sorted quickly! I still used Uber anyway though. If my first experience with a company is a bad one it tends to put me off them.
