Fast pass help!
Hey guys,
I am now within my 30 day window to book FP tickets but having a real mare as it doesn’t recognise the confirmation details despite all the guests visible on my account. I purchased the tickets on the Disney webpage and all I have is a confirmation number. Am I doing something wrong, should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks

Hi we don’t have an e ticket number all I have is an email confirmation with a bar code that I have to present on arrival at the park. Prob best I phone them
