iPad Prices at John Lewis - Quite Good.

We have been mulling over getting a new one for a while. Became more pressing lately as the Granddaughter has broken an old one I gave her some years ago so wants mine!

They have the new 2019 Apple iPad 10.2", A10, iPad OS, Wi-Fi, 32GB with a 2yr guarantee for £299. That's a good saving as they were over £320 and they don't get discounted by much

Collecting at my local Waitrose tomorrow.

Ooh good spot, thank you.
We need to replace our iPad 2 we got in 2012.
Can’t decide between this or the 2019 air which has the A12 processor.

I have been mulling this over too! Do you think it is worth waiting to see if they go down in Black Friday anymore?

That is a good price - as you say, they rarely discount..

We did the loyalty point shuffle a few years ago for our I-pad with John Lewis - don't know if you still can -

we were given a (large) shed-load of Virgin airmiles after a 24 hour delay (weather related, but customer service had been a bit off too - we were never going to use them for flights) swapped them for Hilton honours points, swapped those for John Lewis vouchers, bought i-pad...

If it’s not too late I had an offer through from Apple - their Black Friday offer starts on Friday and they are giving gift cards up to £160 depending on what you buy

So difficult to say. I also note what Melanie R has said regarding Apple.

I am a 'bird in the hand' type of person and as they rarely discount Apple products I have gone for it.

Not that I will see it anyhow as my Wife will have it and I will have her older one.

Hi Mr Morrow!

I think I might go for it as well! I really wanted an ipad mini but they don't seem to have the 32gb one so I might just bite the bullet and get the one you have ordered!

I can't see myself using an apple gift card!

If it helps Amazon have quite a few in the Black Friday Sale. Not the Mini though.

However the 2 year warranty with John Lewis swung it for me.

As an aside Amazon allows you to pay over 5 months with no interest. That's a really good deal especially with the expense of Xmas looming.
