BA AOA Villa

Hi
We have booked with BA with an allocated on arrival villa. been loads but never done this before.
I know they use Ocean Florida, do we get any contact from them before we go or just pitch up with our voucher at their welcome centre? I have booked Executive plus any idea what kinda standard these will be?

Sorry, no idea but hopefully this will bump your question up a bit. Can you contact BA and ask for general information?
We have always been pleased with BA accommodation in the past and generally agreed with their �star� rating (unlike some other holiday operators!)
