I've done both tb and qs plans multiple times and the qs works best for my family as it's completely flexible and maximises our time for attractions I also don't think the food quality is overly compromised as there are some amazing options but it just depends on what your priorities are, here is one of my favourite meals

So good, the bbq cauliflower was one of the best things I've ever had a disney, who'd have thought!

Just flicked through my photos, our last meal was at Narcoossee but the last QS meal appears to be one we got to take back to the room from Gasparilla Grill. I think what it is fairly evident what it is.
