Ribs: Flame tree -v- Polite Pig

These may not even be in the same league but am curious to hear how people would rate the ribs at Flame Tree against those at Polite Pig?

I haven’t had them but I’d guess Polite Pig given it’s got some efficacy as a BBQ. Wouldn’t surprise me if the Disney version is part cooked, and maybe boiled for ‘fall off the bone’ before they stick them on a grill or smoker at the restaurant. Fall off the bone is not the way ribs should be. This is just just guessing though as Disney can surprise on the food sometimes.

A while since I had the ribs at Flame tree but the portion at PP is huge, I would also say that any of the bbq food that I've tried at PP blows FT out of the water

Fall off the bone is perfectly acceptable in bbq, so long as it’s done the right way!

To OP, polite pig is premier league, flame tree is national league south.

It’s actually good to here as while I like the food at Flame Tree, I don’t think the ribs are great. Looking forward to trying Polite Pig.

Peak DIBB. Food reviews without having actually tried the food
